So I find that a lot of people are always wondering how to put together tables and how the coding works. Some people simply don't put together tables because they are afraid of the coding, well, don't be. Coding isn't really as hard as it looks. (at least not with tables)
I have three different table types that I will show you.
remember to take out all stars/*[/center]
[bg=HEXCODE*] = where the background color goes (replace hexcode* with the code)
[atrb=border,0,table*] = LEAVE IT AT ZERO OR IT LOOKS FUNNY!
[atrb=width,PIXELS,table*] = where it says PIXELS is where you will put in the width of your table image. Make sure the table width is the same as the width of the image or it will mess up the table
[atrb=cellSpacing,0,true*] = frankly I have no clue what this is but I'd suggest you leave it alone.
= this is pretty obvious but please be kind to the eyes of other people. Times New Roman font in size 1 print is really flippin' hard to read sometimes.
= this is the same size as this thread is found in. I suggest you leave it at one just to keep things looking nice but if you want larger text it's up to you.
= this refers to the main text color.
= obviously where the image goes.
[/url*] = if you have an image that stretches the board then make sure you have a smaller image that does not. The smaller image will go inside the IMG coding and the link to the large image will go inside the URL coding. to add the URL code to a table, simply find the IMG code and put [*url=URLHERE] before it and [/*url] after it
note: this table has three parts. This is the table to use if you want a top image and a bottom image, just note that you will have to make a background/middle image as well.
h(PIXELSHERE) = the height of the text area. With this table it will be a certain height to make sure the table fits together correctly
w(PIXELSHERE) = the width of the text area. With this table it will be a certain height to make sure the table fits together correctly
sy,c(BG COLOR) = in the text area you can put in a color code for the background, or you can leave it blank to make it transparent.
I will post examples of each below[/size]
