Some people, just want to watch the world burn !
|
It was time. She could feel it in her bones, whispering in her ears; like a souless entity that could no longer keep itself within her thoughts. It was all formed perfectly, like a fetus left to grow and grow until maturity was reached. Vixen stood, in the forest; small- but it would suffice. She needed to claim her first victim, well- not victim, much more of an ally. But a victim of her influence; one she had minor control over, one who might help spread the disease. The disease you might wonder, the sickness, wasn't a tangible thing. It wasn't something you could experience, no- it was more than that. It was an infection of thought, a plague. The enjoyment of destruction, the sweet smell of decay. It was evil; but beautiful, very beautiful. It was something Vixen viewed as being able to be converted to, much like a religious belief, and she was the priest feeding these words to her cattle. Her movements were steady, prepared; for god knows what would happen when she howled, for who would answer such a call? Appendages felt heavy, and stoic. Nearly unmoving, but moving all the same. Vixen pointed her crown up; allowing her horns to glint maliciously in the sun, and then her mouth parted and out came a song. It could be perhaps the only thing considered beautiful about the twisted girl, but everyone could have a pretty song and an ugly heart. And as the song broke out into the crisp air, she sat in patience and curiosity; who knew what lurked within the wood. [/blockquote]

Hellfire had been lurking in the shadows when a call in the distance drew his attention from his brooding. His ashen crown snapped up, and he tilted his head to the side. It was a pretty song, but with the song came a weariness. One that held a slight tone of coldness. Evil. Unable to relinquish the desire he felt to find the creature to create such a song, he set forward. His columns moved quickly as he deftly wove in and out of the trees; ducking when he had to, and leaping when he didn't. He was clinging on to the song even ad it grew fainter in his mind. Quickly, not letting another moment pass he tilted his own crown back, and released his answer. His wasnt pretty though. His song was eiree and bone chilling. It was as if the voices of others joined his own. It was a short reply, but one all the same. Hellfire tucked his wings closer to him, and broke into a lope. His body swung magnificently toward the location of the song, and soon the figure came to his sight. He was still one with the shadows, blending in easily amongst them. He as pure black save for the three red stripes that ran the length of his body. One right down the middle, and two others that ran left and right.
His form dissipated from the shadows, wings extending just the slightest. He stood roughly at three and a half feet, and weighed 120 pounds. Strapping could be seen at every point of his body. Slowly, he approached the vixen, and allowed lyrics to fall from his jowls. Why have you called? He beseeched of her, and slowly allowed himself to sit down, though he dared not to relax.

Vixen waited; patiently, and then it was heard; a howl that threatened to send a chill spiking through her. Adrenaline rushed to once slack limbs, and her body fueled the anticipation of who might appear to her. Then, through the wood he came; darkness on his pelt, and a cold heartless determination set in his eyes. her instinct to control the situation flooded every inch, and although he was rather bruting and carried wings upon his back; she resisted the fear that crept upon her. If she wanted anyone, it would definitely be him; she would not allow this visitation to fall apart. Then he spoke, and the words were dry; but present. Why have you called? She wanted to spill every ounce, but she did not know him at the least; and although an introduction was such a weak attempt, it would have to suffice. Her lips churned into a smile; no aggression, nor fake seduction- just a grin; almost an excitement to see him. My name is Vixen, and what- might I call you? She asked, a simple tone, extremely business like in formality. Testing the waters of the male. [/blockquote]

He had been cautious while entering her presence. It wasn't that she scared him, but she did have a certain aura about her that made him want to be cautious. As she saw him, a slow grin crossed her features. It wasn't one of giddiness, or seductiveness-which, was a relief to the brute. All the female counter parts of his species have been nothing but flirty with him, and he had no desire for them sexually. He wanted to bathe in their warm blood, to cause pain, misery... To kill.
He shook the thoughts from his mind, and focused on the task at hand. Her name was Vixen? He didn't show any amount of curiosity, although he did find it strange she was so formal. She radiated a coldness Hellfire liked, but he had learned long ago to be forever weary of it. Just because he held the same amount of coldness meant nothing. He tensed when she asked him for his calling, and for a few long moments he contemplated turning, and leaving. He didn't like others to know who he was. His paws kneaded at the ground, causing it to bleed. He didn't mind it in the slightest. Finally, his gold optics met her's, and his robust lyrics filled the air once more. I am called Hellfire. As soon as the lyrics came they were gone again. He studied her for a few moments, and figured she liked to be in charge. He tilted his crown to the side, and let the faintest of smirks twist the corners of his mouth up into something not of this world. Demonic. Would you like a brief history as well?
His tone might have been mistook for a mocking one, but this was not he case. Not yet.

Vixen refused to scoff at the male for his comment. Hellfire was definitely a suiting name for the demonic man. She narrowed her red eyes at him for a moment, almost analyzing. So, shall we get down to business? She rasped, shaking in anticipation of collecting a new recruit. More power for the disease to spread to everyone. Consume them. I am assuming, you are a blood thirsty hellhound, aren't you? Her smile widened then; nothing she could contain as she already knew his answer. Think about this- a world of beautiful destruction; friends against friends, wouldn't you do anything to see it happen? It was crazy, but delightful; he would understand- she could tell. Or he would think she was feeding him non-sense, but none the less; her revolution was beginning. [/blockquote]

As she begin to speak Hells continued to knead the ground with his front paws. As she asked her question, he arched a single eyebrow at her. At least some one recognized him for what he was. She wasn't throwing herself at him, but instead asked some pretty interesting things. As she asked her question a slow smirk begin to grow on his muzzle, but he refrained from saying anything. A world without peace? Utter destruction, and mayhem? The thought in it's self was enough to gain a sly smirk. Slowly he nodded, and spoke It'd be nice, but what is it exactly I have to do? I do my part as it is. What more could you possibly have to offer? He asked, arching an eyebrow as emphasis to his question.
