So, the staff and I have decided to expand the staff team a bit to help us run the site. This is a very large thing for us as I [Tsuz] usually hand pick my staff based on the RPer, and my known relationship with them, but we have decided to give the members of Silence a chance to put their best foot forward and shine. we am currently looking for two moderators to join us. Your job would entail:[/b] Straight forward. What your user name is, not your display name.
- Advertising. This is a huge thing for the to get word about us out there. You are not alone in this so don't worry. It is the job of the ENTIRE team to advertise.
- Skin and Design input. While you will not be expected to skin the site, your input and ideas will be asked of you on all upcoming skins.
- Thread Maintenance. Moving old threads to The Archives as well as keeping an eye out for anything that might break site rules.
While these will not be your only tasks, they are your main ones. Should you be chosen, you will be on a 2 week "probationary"; period in which you will learn the ropes of all the behind the scenes stuff here. During this time you cannot be penalized for anything that goes wrong on your part as you are learning. During those two weeks you will not have access to the staff email and you also have the right to say "Nope, I don't want to be staff." and no one will have any hard feelings.

How active are you? Generalization. ex - 3-4 times a week, every day, 4 hours a day, etc.
Your characters: Just list who your characters are. You may go into detail about them if you wish, just don't make us read paragraphs on this.
