Sermon's pic
Name: Sermon, Pulpit, Church, Preacher, and Advent
Age: 5 years
Gender: male, except for Addie, but tough luck for her, right? The parts don't match and man, would the rest of the gang get mad if she cuts off the dangly bits, but she jokes.
Sexuality: well, Sermon's straight, Pulpit's nothing, Church is gay, Preacher likes everybody, and Advent is straight.
Base Color: dark brown back with a cream underbelly and red on his face and ears
Markings: black tipped on tail
Mutation(s): long, prehensile tail
Eye Color: bright, emerald green
Appearance: He has a fine face, which makes Advent sometimes pull off the girl bit, but not usually. His build is decidedly masculine, especially as Preacher, who is a bit of the gentleman cowboy type, complete with drawl and the ability to flirt and get away with it. His different personalities have absolutely different ways of holding his body, so even though he has a distinctive mutation and a distinctive color, he can seem as two completely different wolves. Addie and Pit seem softer, while Church is just a nervous, twitchy mess. Sermon seems to hold himself steady, while Preacher seems a bit too proud of himself.
Defects: Not a defect per se, but he has multiple personality disorder (obviously). Sermon is the original personality and the most considerate one, really. He doesn't know what his other personalities do, but his more considerate ones may leave clues. Each personality has a secret to hide.
Personality:
Sermon, the serious one
Pulpit, the lonely puppy
Church, the nervous wreck
Preacher, the gentleman cowboy
Advent, the quirky lady
History: optional, but I might fill in later.

Sermon is serious and very much a cut-to-the-chase guy. He's neat and doesn't like things out of place, probably because things out of place means that his other personalities have messed with his stuff. He's steady, staid, and an all around good citizen of any pack. He keeps trying to find friends and finds his life a bit of a tragedy since few wolves are willing to accept that sometimes, he just isn't himself. The thing is, none of his personalities are out and out bad, and some of them are even more charming or gentlemanly or witty or cleverer than he is. He takes great offense to having someone know him first through his other personalities--especially if they have a face of disappointment. He's a considerate and kind wolf, but a bit boring and play-it-safe sort of guy. He assesses the consequences and makes decisions based on the consequences in a very scientific or mathematic way. Sermon has a fair eye and is able to make hard decisions since he has a long-range view of things. He knows that good things come to those who wait. As the original personality, Sermon takes care of his other personalities and tries to get them on board with the whole system (started by Church) since none of them remember what the others did, but they are aware of each other. Sermon is the original personality and believes himself the most balanced. He's slightly cynical and just a little bit too much of a realist. However, he craves company and is a considerate wolf.
Pulpit, the lonely puppy
Frozen in innocent puphood, Pit has a childlike view on life. He is immature and a bit amoral since he still hasn't completely formed his concepts of what is right and what is wrong. Instead, he does things for himself and has that puppy selfishness. He does things for nice little prizes like feathers and shiny gems. Pulpit is a bit grabby as well, which, with a prehensile tail, is a recipe for disaster. He's also prone to telling tall tales and exaggerating everything. However, he is extremely sweet and eager-to-please to those he cares about and has manners when it comes to strangers as well. His personality is basically Sermon in puppyhood and his age pretty much points to what happened to him to cause the personalities to first split. He will blurt out any secret, but not the secret. In the end, he's just a tender puppy and deserves to be treated that way, but it's rather hard when the puppy you are looking at is a five year old adult male wolf.
Church, the nervous wreck
Church is shy, but not in the same way as Pulpit. More, for Church, is social anxiety. He is a worry wart and, once you get to know him, can be really clingy. However, he can be rude since he seems to lack all social skills. He's got a sharp tongue and is a bit of a misanthrope, but underneath this exterior is that of a passionate and creative soul. He's the one who started the whole system of drawing shapes in the walls of the den and in the dirt or small things of how the body is held for the simple danger/no danger difference. He's extremely resourceful and quick-thinking, but also isn't confident in himself, so once he gets corrected, he will basically shut down and it's hard to shake off a Church grudge. He is a nervous and twitchy wolf, with many phobias and tics. However, for Church, he never gets interested in something, he gets obsessed, and with his attention to detail and resourcefulness, it could end in good things. Or, it could be his ruin. But really, with Church, same difference.
Preacher, the gentleman cowboy
Preacher is one of those good old boys. He likes to go out and find his own journey. As such, he's a bit of a lone wolf, not because he likes to get lonely, but because he likes the story attached to such a life. Preacher has a drawl and a big heart. He really chases anything that moves. He flirts with any wolf that crosses his path, but when his advances don't work, he's willing to apologize and forget he ever did such a thing. He's in love with danger and hardly the wolf to back down to a challenge. And he's got a huge sense of pride. Out of all the personalities, Preacher is the one that acts out the most, simply because he feels that he has to try extra hard to define himself from Sermon. He figures that Sermon is trying to gain control and Preacher isn't stupid, he knows he isn't the original personality and he believes that succumbing to whatever system Church and Sermon devised might erase his existence. Preacher believes himself to be his own man. However, he doesn't go out of his way to ruin Sermon's life. He has a sense of honor, typical of a gentleman, which he believes himself to be.
Advent, the quirky lady
Addie is ever the optimist, despite being a lovely woman trapped in a decidedly male body, she can still pretty up herself enough to pass as a girl. It helps that Sermon had a rather fine face to begin with and she can do a dainty, ladylike walk. She doesn't go out and seek guys, but is receptive to guys who seek her. She talks about having a guy, but won't share his name, since it touches on the part of her past she doesn't want to reveal and she's quick to change subjects. Addie is a fun creature to get to know. She's very much into the way the land talks and nature and feels close to the song of the forest. She speaks in a sweet, feminine voice, though it sounds fake sometimes, since she's forcing a male voice to sound female. Addie finds wonder in everything and nothing gets her down. She's giggly and extroverted, happy to make friends, even if friends might reject her. She lives in the moment and is witty and loves to find rhymes in everything. She has a story-book view on life and is definitely a dreamer. She's the most open about the whole condition of having many wolves in one body and is the most willing and ready to share if you ask about it.
History: optional, but I might fill in later.
